Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home Alma Fikuart-Obituary & Picture Alma Fikuart Herrin-Alma Fikuart, 58, passed away 10:30 P.M., Monday, May 10, 2004 at her residence. Alma was born September 8, 1945 in Sikeston, Missouri to Harold & Oma (Harlan) Schacherbauer. She was retired, having worked at GTE where she was an operator. She was also a Health Care Supervisor with Helping Care in West Frankfort. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and find a word games that appear in newspapers. She loved to go fishing and enjoyed flower gardening. Survivors Include: Companion: Claude Gene Wiggs of Herrin Mother: Oma Schacherbauer of House Springs, MO. Two Sons: Jerry Lee Fikuart of St. Petersburg, FL. Jesse Allen Fikuart & wife Billie Jo of Freeman Spur, IL. Granddaughter: Ellie Nicole Fikuart of Freeman Spur, IL. Four Sisters: Joan Smith & husband Jerry of Fenton, MO. Mary Brown of Arnold, MO. Josephine Musgrave & husband Earnest of House Springs, MO. Catherine Louise Kociscak & husband Ed of House Springs, MO. Sister in Law: Margaret Ann Schacherbauer of Lees Summit, MO. Also survived by several nieces & nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, two brothers, Arnold Paul & Harold Gene Schacherbauer. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M., Friday, May 14, 2004 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Blumenstock officiating. Entombment will follow at East Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 11:00 to 1:00 P.M. on Friday at the funeral home.
