Freeman Spur-Anna Agnes Bush, 84, died at 5:53 AM, Friday, April 28, 2006 at Friendship Care Center in Herrin. Mrs. Bush was born September 26, 1921 in Carbondale to Thomas Loren & Kate (Presley) Carter. She married William Harry Bush on November 10, 1939 in Benton, MO. He preceded her in death on November 19, 1979. She was employed as cook at Friendship Care Center before retiring. She was a member of Community Chapel in Marion. She enjoyed craftwork such as, knitting, crocheting and making doll clothes. Survivors Include: Son: William Thomas Bush of Cambria Son & Daughter in Law: Walter Leon & Brenda Lee Bush of Lexington, TN. Son: Gary Wayne Bush of Las Vegas, NV. 22 Grandchildren 43 Great Grandchildren 5 Great Great Grandchildren Sister: Flo Gregg of West Frankfort Two Sisters in Laws: Evelyn Caraker of West Frankfort Althea Caraker of DuQuoin She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two daughters, Patricia Gale Williams and Brenda Kay McClure. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, May 1, 2006 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Don Colson will officiate. Burial will follow at Blairsville Cemetery.
