Anna Louise Long

Herrin- Anna Louise Long, 60, of Herrin, passed away at 7:00 AM, Saturday, July 30, 2011 at her home in Herrin. Anna was born on December 26, 1950 in Sandwich, IL to Jim Long & Virginia Pinkham. She worked as a mapping coordinator for Williamson County for several years. She was a member of Life Church in Marion. In her spare time she enjoyed crocheting and sewing and reading her favorite books. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren most. Survivors include- Son- Robert Long and wife Julie of Sedalia, MO Daughter- Heather Wilson and husband Nathan of Herrin Mother- Virginia Pinkham of Herrin Grandchildren: Josh Robinson and wife Terri of San Clemente, CA Samantha Ice of Sedalia, MO Colton Long of Sedalia, MO Dylan Worthen of Herrin Zachary Worthen of Herrin Great Grandchildren- Joshua Ray Robinson Jr and Evie Corlette Robinson Step brother- Bill Will of Bremmerton, WA She was preceded in death by her father. The funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Pastor John Parton will officiate. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 PM, Monday, August 1, 2011 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
