Jean Caulk Herrin-Jean Caulk, 70, passed away 1:18 P.M., Friday, April 16, 2004 at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin. Jean was born March 25, 1933 in Marie, Arkansas to Hayden & Letha (Dawson) Huckabee. She married Willis Calvin Caulk, Jr. on July 14, 1956 in Bensenville, Illinois. He preceded her in death on October 5, 1997. Jean was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed staying at home and being a homemaker. Survivors include: One Son: Willis & Nancy Caulk of Ava Two Daughters & Son In Laws: Barbara & Joe Deweese of South Fulton, TN. Donna & Gerrard Dubois of Williston, N.D. Daughter: Angela Jean Caulk of Williston, ND. Daughter In Law: Shelia Huckabee of Senath, MO. Eleven Grandchildren Six Great Grandchildren Three Brothers & Sister In Laws: Ed & Alice Huckabee of Thayer, MO. Travis & Forothy Huckabee of Jonesboro, AR. Frankie & Nadine Huckabee of Caraway, AR. Sister & Brother In Law: Eveline & O.G. Johnson of MI. Sister: Nina Nickles of Atlanta, GA. Sister: May Huckabee of Jonesboro, AR. Sister: Jane Nell Huckabee of Atlanta, GA. Also survived by several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Eldon Huckabee, one daughter Debra Ann Caulk, one sister and two brothers. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M., Monday, April 19, 2004 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery.
