Baby Ivy Renae Triplett

Herrin- IVY RENAE TRIPLETT, 14 months old, passed away at 9:40pm on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at Carbondale Memorial Hospital. Ivy was born in Carbondale on September 1, 2007, the daughter of Frank and Meghan (Lacey) Triplett. Survivors include her parents- Frank and Meghan (Lacey) Triplett of Carterville, IL Her big sister- Mia Jayden Triplett at home in Carterville, IL Paternal Grandparents- Minnie and James Triplett of Herrin, IL Maternal Grandparents- Pat and Vance Lacey of Benton, IL Paternal Great Grandmother- Joyce Stacy of Herrin, IL Maternal Great Grandmother-Donna Davis of Peoria, IL Uncles- Jon Lacey of Benton, IL James and Jessica Triplett of Herrin, IL Aunts- Stacie Triplett of Edwardsville, IL Stephanie Banderra of Johnston City, IL Great Uncle- Frank Zietek of Herrin, IL Great Aunt and Uncle- Pam and Vince Lacey of Thompsonville, IL Cousins- Natalie, James, Skyla, Kristyn, Katelyn, and Caden Ivy was preceded in death by her great grandparents- Delmar Peck Stacy, Frank and Francine Zietek, Ray Davis and Joyce and Patrick Harris. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, November 22, 2008 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10-11am on Saturday at the funeral home.
