Baby Jaxson Del Keeling

Herrin- Jaxson Del Keeling, infant son of Jessica Dawn Keeling and Dimitri Richard Frank Johnson, was stillborn at 4:59am on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.  Jaxson weighed 5.36 pounds and was 15.75 inches long.  Survivors include his parents- Jessica Keeling and Dimitri Johnson of Herrin Sister- Carcyn Rae Bloodworth of Herrin Sister- Victoria Grace Keeling of Herrin Maternal Grandparents- Doug and Judy Keeling of Herrin Paternal Grandfather- Dennis Johnson of Baltimore, MA Paternal Grandmother- Tracey Johnson of Herrin Maternal Great Grandparents- Bill and Judy Killman of Herrin Maternal Great Grandmother- Barbara Darter of Herrin Aunts and Uncles- Rebecca Keeling, Jesse Jordan, Haley Johnson, John Smith, and Lexi McMurray Cousins- Landon, Lilly, Kevin Jr., and Zack  Jaxson was preceded in death by his uncle, Del Keeling and one grandfather- Robert Keeling.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. Ralph Brandon officiating. Burial will follow at HerrinCityCemetery. Visitation will be held from noon until 1:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.  For those who prefer, memorial donations may be made to the family, c/o Jessica Keeling. Envelopes will be available and accepted at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home; 201 S 13th Street; Herrin, IL 62948.
