Betty Baggott

Herrin- BETTY (MORGAN) BAGGOTT, age 95, of St Louis, MO, formerly of Herrin, passed away at 8:15am on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Garden View Care Center of St Louis, MO. Betty was born in Centralia, IL on September 21, 1914, the daughter of Judge Ambert Delos A.D. and Alberta Bertie (Eubank) Morgan. She married George I. Baggott in Herrin in 1934. He preceded her in death on August 18, 1978. Mrs. Baggott was a homemaker. Survivors include her son- George M. Baggott of Ballwin, MO Daughter- Eugenia Ellen Martin of St. Louis, MO Five Grandchildren Eighteen Great Grandchildren Three Great Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a sister- Lillie Jean Morgan. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, January 8, 2010 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. Ed Hoke officiating. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery.
