Beverly Lynn Galloway

Beverly Galloway, 73, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 12:56 P.M. at Herrin Hospital. Beverly was born August 20, 1938 in Williamson County the daughter of Ward L. and Alice (Whary) Finney. She married Robert Lee Galloway on June 3, 1958 in Corinth, Mississippi and they would have celebrated 54 years of marriage in just a few short days. She was the owner and president of Galloway Construction. Beverly was a member of Mt. Zion Freewill Baptist Church but she and Robert attended Arnold View Baptist Church. She is survived by her Husband, Robert Lee Galloway, Cousin Gayla Hacko of West Frankfort, Special Friends Lynn and Curt Vancil of Thompsonville and many other friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 11 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Ivan Ryan officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 8 P.M. at the funeral home. For those who prefer memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or The Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
