Marion- Bradford Wallace Lee, age 57, of Marion, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.
Brad was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia on June 4, 1955, the son of Wendall and Alma Jane (Wallace) Lee. He married Ouyang L. Lihuan of China on January 23, 2010 in Marion. She survives.
Brad was a 1973 graduate of Marion High School. He graduated from John A. Logan College in 1975 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University- Carbondale in 1977. Since his graduation from college Brad has been an accountant and for many years owned and operated Comptech computer services in Marion. For several years Brad was a partner in Adams and Lee Equipment Company in Marion. He currently was employed at the accounting firm of Jim Burford, CPA in Marion.
Brad was known for his keen sense of humor and his ability to strike up a conversation with anyone he met. He had passionate interests in science, computers, space exploration, traveling, playing Blackjack at the casinos and his newest interest, cooking. Brad was kind, generous and would lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it, especially if they had a computer problem that they just couldnt solve. He usually solved it, too.
Brads laughter and sense of humor will be missed by everyone who knew him. He loved his wife, sons, family members and many friends, and they equally share that love for him.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his special grandparents- William H. Pete and Ruth Wallace.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Marlin Otte officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home.
