Brenda Ferguson

Marion Brenda Kay Ferguson, 59, passed away on Monday, May 28, 2007 at 7:25 A.M. in Herrin Hospital. Brenda was born April 26, 1948 in Marion to William and Catherine (Bourland) Sanson. She married Lindell Ferguson on April 21, 2001 in Spillertown, he survives in Marion. Brenda was a member of Spillertown Baptist Church; she was a retired supervisor at Hucks Convenience Store. Survivors include: Husband Lindell Ferguson of Marion Mother Catherine Sanson of Spillertown Two sons; Robert E. Ashby II of Marion Mark Austin Ashby and wife Ann Marie of Marion Five Grandchildren: Amber Michelle Couty of Marion Cathleen Nicole Smith of Paducah, KY Megan Michelle Ashby of Gatlinburg, TN Billie Jean Cole of Marion Molly Ann Ledbetter of Marion Three Step-Children: Tammy Ferguson of Marion Samantha Lawrence and husband Curtis of Booneville, MS Charles Ferguson and wife Tara of Goreville Two Brothers: Jimmy L. Sanson and wife Karen of Marion Jerry Ferguson and wife Ann of Marion Several nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren Preceded by Father, Two Daughters, Kim Craig and Misty Michelle Ashby Funeral services will be Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 1:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev.s Kenny Blumenstock, Shorty Alsip and Ralph Brandon officiating. Burial will follow in Fountain Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
