Southern Illinois- CARLA MARIE TISLOW, age 50, of Campbell, Missouri, formerly of Southern Illinois, passed away at 1:50pm on Friday, February 10, 2012 at Barnes Hospital in Saint Louis. Carla was born in Lawrenceville, Illinois on August 9, 1961, the daughter of James Alvin and Devedia Bernice (Cornwell) Terry. She married Bob Tislow in Vincennes, Indiana on September 16, 1979. He survives in Campbell, Missouri. Carla was a member of the New Life United Pentecostal Church in Campbell, Missouri. Survivors include her husband- Bob Tislow of Campbell, MO Daughter- Jennifer and Steve Tanner of Campbell, MO Grandchildren- Shyanna, Zachary, Alanna, and Courtney Tanner of Campbell, MO Parents- James and Devedia Terry of Malden, MO Mother-In-Law- Betty Tislow of Bicknell, IN Seven Brothers and Sisters- Darrell and Debbie Terry of Malden, MO Fredia Terry of Marion, IL Diana and Rev. George Needham of Campbell, MO James and Lorrie Terry of Bicknell, IN Samuel and Nancy Terry of Malden, MO Cynthia Simpkins of Coello, IL Patricia and Richard Watson of Dexter, MO Four Sister-in-laws Four Brother-in-laws Many nieces and nephews Carla was preceded in death by her infant daughter- Sarah Jane Tislow. Funeral services will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. Robert Schierbaum and Rev. Steve Cornwell officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Pittsburg. Visitation will be held from 12-2pm on Wednesday at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
