Marion- Cecil Davis, 81, of Mayfield, KY, passed away at 10:21 AM, Friday, November 18, 2005 at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Marion. Mr. Davis was born on May 13, 1924 in Livingston, TN to Raymond and Norma (Spicer) Davis. He married Anna Lee Cutlip in 1947 in Cumberland, TN. She survives of Kentucky. Cecil was a United States Navy Veteran and a retired insurance agent. SURVIVORS: Wife- Anna Davis- Mayfield, KY Son- Ronald Dane Davis- Bluefield, WV He was preceded in death by his parents. Private memorial services will be conducted by the family at a later date. Memorial arrangements have been entrusted to Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion.
