Cheryl Ann (Waldron) Furr

Herrin- Cheryl A. Waldron, 46, of Herrin, passed away at 2:05 PM, Sunday, March 27, 2005 at Herrin Hospital.

Cheryl was born on May 10, 1958 in Herrin to Joseph E. & Mary (Bailey) Waldron. Cheryl was a homemaker and formerly worked as a cook for various area restaurants. When she was able, Cheryl enjoyed arts and crafts and quilted blankets for her grandkids.

She was of protestant faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, daughter; Wendy Dawkins, & one sister; Judith Waldron.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday March 31, 2005 at Blairsville Cemetery. Sister Naomi Carter will officiate. Friends and family are asked to meet directly at graveside. Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
