David Turner

Herrin David Eugene Turner, 66, of Lees Summitt, Missouri formerly of Herrin, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at the Lees Summitt Medical Center. David was born November 27, 1944 in Herrin the son of Eugene & Ida Belle (Farthing) Turner. He was an Army Veteran, member of the Elks Lodge of Benton, Kentucky. David retired from Phizer Drug Company. Survivors include; Brother Jerry Turner of Gilbertsville, Kentucky Nephew Travis Turner of Benton, Kentucky Niece Rachael Turner of Benton, Kentucky Preceded by Parents and his brother Gregory Turner Graveside services will be Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Noon at Coal Bank Springs Cemetery. Military rites will be presented by Marions VFW Post #1301, American Legion Post #147 and National Guard Flag Detail Unit. Visitation will be Thursday from 11 A.M. until the time of service at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion.
