Deborah Ann Flanigan

Marion- Deborah Ann Flanigan, age 56, of Marion, passed away at 7:58am on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin. Deborah was born in Rochelle, Illinois on June 24, 1961 and was lovingly adopted by Graydon and Beverly Hoover.  She was devoted to her church- the Apostolic House of Worship in Marion. Survivors include her son- Michael Neff Daughter- Katherine Pulliam Mother- Beverly Hoover Brother- Mike Montgomery Father of her son, Michael- Jimmy Neff She was preceded in death by her adoptive father- Graydon Hoover and her long-time friend- Allen Fox. Memorial services will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion. A time of visitation will be held from 11-1pm on Friday, December 1, 2017 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
