Delores Jean Jordan

Delores Jean Jordan, 75, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at 7:22 A.M. at Herrin Hospital. Delores was born March 15, 1933 the daughter of Orbie & Minnie (Shaw) Tanner in Williamson County. She married Billy Jordan on May 5, 1951 in Marion and together they shared over 44 years of marriage until his death on January 21, 1996. Delores was a homemaker. Survivors include: Son Wendell D. Jordan of Herrin Daughter Kimberly Jordan of Marion 10 Grandchildren 14 Great Grandchildren Brother Paul Tanner of Akron, Ohio Preceded by her Parents, Husband Billy, Five Sisters Gladys, Irene, Marguerite, Pearl and Maxine. Funeral services will Wednesday, June 4, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Emery officiating. Burial will follow in Coal Bank Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service.
