Denise Sizemore

Herrin- Denise Sizemore, age 68, of Herrin, passed away at 5:00pm on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin.   Denise was born in Herrin on March 2, 1950, the daughter of Lum and Opal (Parmley) Clayton.  Prior to her retirement, she had worked in dietary at Herrin Hospital.   Survivors include: Daughter- Becky Wolf of Collinsville Daughter- Amy and Jody Cherry of Champaign Son- Randy and Debbie Sizemore of Bowling Green, KY Grandchildren- Tony, Erika, and Carly Wolf Ian, Emma, and Kylie Cherry Heather Sizemore Great Grandson- Ezekiel Wolf Great Granddaughter- Addyson Williams Sister- Bonnie Berkle of El Paso, TX Sister- Betty Pankey of Marion Sister- Linda Clayton of Herrin   She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers- Kenneth, Donald, Bill, Ralph, and Phillip Clayton, and sister- Barbara Sweet.   Memorial services will be held at 3pm on Monday, January 28, 2019 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. Shara Robinson officiating.
