Donda was born on May 31, 1966 in Tampa, Florida, the daughter of James Edward and Sandra Sue (Brown) Hensley. She was a homemaker.

As per her wishes, Donda will be cremated. Private memorial services will be held by the family. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with final arrangements.
