Dora L Harris

Marion Dora Lee (Huff) Harris, 73, died Monday, July 19, 2004 at 5:25 P.M. at her residence. Dora was born January 24, 1931 to Mitchell and Elizabeth (Keith) Huff in Johnson County. Dora was a homemaker; she was a nurses aid at Marion Memorial and Benton Hospitals. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post #1301. She was of the Pentecostal faith. Survivors include: Three Sons: Gary Harris and wife Cathy of Tulare, CA Michael Harris and wife Glenda of Panama City, FL Stephen Harris and wife Debbie of Hayward, CA Eighteen Grandchildren Eleven Great Grandchildren Three Brothers: Frank Huff of Goreville Andy & Bealuh Huff of Marion Lawrence & Jan Huff of Greenwood, AR One Sister Myrtle Boaz of Marion Several nieces and nephews Preceded by: Parents, Brother George Huff Funeral services will be Thursday, July 22, 2004 at 1:30 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Pastor Tex Perry officiating. Burial will follow at Cana Cemetery in Goreville. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. For those who prefer memorials may be given to Hospice of Southern Illinois. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
