Edna L. Strunk

ENERGY- Edna Lovene Strunk, age 76, of Energy, passed away at 10:40am on Tuesday December 27, 2005 at Herrin Hospital. Edna was born on January 8, 1929 in Lincoln, IL to Virgil and Florence (Jarver) Langenbahn. She married Jack Strunk on February 17, 1951 in Lincoln, IL. He preceded her in death on January 26, 1999. Survivors include- 1 niece- Connie Evans- Energy, IL 4 nephews- Terry Walters- Lincoln, IL Daniel Walters- Greenview, IL Ronald Walters- Litchfield, IL Rick Walters- Sibley, IL 5 great nieces 4 great nephews She was preceded in death by: Her parents Her husband 2 sisters- Ilene Janis and Mary Walters 1 brother- Kenneth Langenbahn As per Ednas wishes, her body will be cremated. Graveside services will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday January 3, 2006 at New Union Cemetery in Lincoln, IL. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
