Marion-Elinor Ann King, 68, passed away 3:30 P.M., Monday, April 29, 2002 at Marion Memorial Hospital.
Per request of Mrs. King she wished to be cremated. A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. on May 11, 2002 at the First Presbyterian Church in Marion with Rev. Dan Whitfield officiating. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements

Elinor was born May 18, 1933 to George W. and Olive (Emery) Sines in Chicago, Illinois; they both preceded her in death. She married Ken R. King on October 18, 1963, in Highland Park, Illinois, he survives. Elinor was a Registered Nurse, graduating from University of Michigan in 1955 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She was an Alumni of the University of Michigan. A member of the American Association of University Women and a member of the Marion First Presbyterian Church where she was the Parrish Nurse.
Her husband Ken, and a cousin, Dr. Charlene Vogan of East Lansing, Michigan, survives her. She was preceded by her parents.
