Elizabeth A. Vazquez

Marion Elizabeth A. Vazquez, 71, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at 5:46 P.M. at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Elizabeth was born on March 9, 1935 in Marion to Edward and Olive (Burton) Yearack. She married Jose Vazquez on December 30, 1955 in Marion and together they have shared over 51 years of marriage. Jose survives in Marion. Elizabeth was semi retired. She worked as a secretary for the Williamson County Special Education. Survivors include: Two Sons; Joe Vazquez of St. Louis, Missouri and John Vazquez of Chicago. Daughter Deanna Behm of Marion, Four grandchildren; Gregory Behm and wife Sarah of Marion, Jennifer Behm of Marion, Caitlin Vazquez of St. Louis, Missouri and Jordyn Vazquez of St. Louis, Missouri. Preceded by Parents Funeral services will be Saturday, February 3, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from Noon until the time of service at the funeral home. For those who prefer memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or the American Heart Association.
