Emilee Montgomery

Herrin- Emilee Ann Montgomery, 3months, infant daughter of Barbi Ventura & Nickolas Montgomery, passed away peacefully in her sleep at 6:58 AM, Saturday, April 19, 2008 at her home. Emilee was born on January 15, 2008 in Carbondale to Barbi Ventura & Nickolas Montgomery of Herrin. Emilee was a special gift from God to her parents and family. Emilee was a beautiful, sweet, amazing baby girl, like an angel from Heaven. Emilee was put on this earth for a special purpose. She was such a happy, sweet, loving, daughter, sister, granddaughter, great granddaughter, niece and special buddy to many cousins and close family friends. Everyone that met Emilee fell in love with her smile and sweet heart. She was loved by so many people. She was especially loved by her bubbies, Jesse James & Nolan. God decided that she was so special and pure that he wanted her to be in Heaven with Him and the rest of her family that has gone to be with the Lord. She will be dearly missed by her mommy and daddy. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Monsignor Ken Schaefer will officiate. Burial will follow at San Carlo Cemetery in Herrin. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until time of service, Wednesday at the funeral home.
