Marion Frances E. Winecoff, 91, formerly of Pontiac, passed away on Tuesday, September 05, 2006 at 7:55 A.M. at Parkway Manor.
Frances was born June 19, 1915 in Farmer City, Illinois to Frank E. & Mabel (Polk) Howard, Freida (GaGa) Howard was her step-mother who raised her. She married Clifford T. Coup who passed away in 1972 and she then later married Frank Winecoff who passed away in 1982.
Frances worked as a Bookkeeper for Edwin Pratt & Sons in Kankakee. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pontiac.

Six Great Grandchildren
Preceded by Parents, Husbands Clifford Coup, Frank Winecoff, Two Brothers Paul Howard, Frank Howard, Two Sisters Marianne Martarelli and Mae Sullivan
Graveside services will be Monday September 11, 2006 at 1:00 P.M. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Pontiac, Illinois with Rev. Phillip Icenogle officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, September 10, 2006 from 5:00 8:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion.
