Hugo D. Hutzler

Herrin- Hugo D Hutzler, 82, of Herrin, passed away on Tuesday December 28, 2004 at 11:15pm at Herrin Hospital. Hugo was born on November 15, 1922 in Indianapolis, IN to Hugo D. and Mabel (Brown) Hutzler. He married Aileen P. (Winn) Hutzler on March 10, 1951 in Benton, IL. She preceded him in death on November 7, 1997. Mr. Hutzler was a member of the Marion Elks, the Herrin Golden Eagles, the Herrin American Legion, the Moose Club in West Frankfort, the IBEW (Electrical Union) and was a US Navy Veteran. Hugo retired from Neon Sign Company in Herrin where he worked as a Neon tube bender for 37 years. Survivors include: Sister- Jean Walker and her husband Carroll- California Friend and caretaker- Rhoda Conley- Herrin Special Fishing Friend- J.D. Bailey- Herrin 2 nieces and 1 nephew Several great nieces and nephews Preceded by- His parents and his wife Hugo will be missed by many friends and family. Johnson- Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin has been entrusted with arrangements. Graveside services will be Thursday December 30, 2004 at 11:00am at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Energy with Rev.
