Marion Ida Maxine Stewart, 87, formerly of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 11:50 A.M. at St. Louis University Hospital.
Maxine was born December 16, 1921 in Roseland, Kansas the daughter of John & Bessie (Wooten) Vilet. She married Jack Stewart on November 22, 1980 in Clearwater, Florida and he preceded her in death on January 15, 1999.
Maxine was a homemaker. She was a member of the Lake Panasoffkee United Methodist Church and she enjoyed gardening.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. at Purcell Funeral Home in Bushnell, Florida with Rev. Michel DAnnecy officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 A. M. until the time of service. Burial will follow in the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
