Inez F. Burchell

Marion- INEZ FERN BURCHELL, age 86, of Marion, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2012 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Inez was born in Saline County on August 12, 1925, the daughter of Joe and Clara (Shelton) Shubert. She married Ben Burchell in Marion. He preceded her in death. Survivors include her son- Lloyd Burchell of Marion Nine grandchildren- Shelly Nicole Burchell of Marion Tracy Gene Burchell of Centralia Tina McKinney of Olney Crystal Simmons of Wheeling Billy Simmons of Waukegan Michael Simmons of Centralia Scott Burchell of Hoffman Estates Patty Burchell of Ft Myers, FL Terry Simmons of DeKalb Numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren Brother- Cecil Shubert of Wilmington, Delaware Sister-in-law- Linda Hickey of Spillertown She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two daughters- Sharon Simmons and Marion Lucille Burchell, one son- Norman Burchell, three grandchildren- twins Kelli Jo and David Leon Burchell and grandson Richard Burchell, and three brothers. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, July 2, 2012 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Don Colson officiating. Burial will follow at Bankston Cemetery in Harrisburg.
