Isabell Zablocki

ISABELL ZABLOCKI Herrin- Isabell Zablocki, 87, of Herrin, died at 9:25 AM, Saturday, August 23, 2003 at Parkway Manor in Marion. Isabell was born on November 29, 1915 in Herrin to Domenick & Anna (Zablocki) Stanovich. She married Anthony Zablocki on October 19, 1939 in Shenandoah, PA. He preceded her in death on November 7, 1980. Mrs. Zablocki worked as a seamstress at Smoler Bros in Herrin for many years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the International Union of Garment Workers #499 and a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Isabell was a wonderful person. She was the light of her families lives. She brought love and laughter into the lives of everyone who knew her. SURVIVORS: Grandson- Anthony Zablocki & wife Marie- McKinney, TX Granddaughter- Denise White & husband Mike- Tulsa, OK Daughter in law- Karen Zablocki- Tulsa, OK Great Grandchildren: Michael Zablocki Camden & Cole White Nephew- Eugene Montavoni- Carbondale She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son; Walter Zablocki, one brother; Micky Stanovich, and one sister; Anna Montovani. Funeral services will be private at East Lawn Memorial Gardens. Rev. Don Johnson will officiate.
