Marion- James E. Bud Raglin, 96, of Marion, passed away at 10:50 PM, Saturday, February 11, 2006 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion.
James was born on November 7, 1909 in Pocahontas, Arkansas to Thomas & Ida (Tillman) Raglin. He married Irene Groves on October 10, 1931 in Walnut Ridge, Ark. She preceded him in death on May 13, 1997.
Bud retired as a laborer in the Pipeline Industry. Prior to that he farmed in Arkansas and owned Triple Cab Co. in Marion. He was an independent truck driver for many years. In his spare time he enjoyed gardening and spending time with family and friends.
He was a member of the Apostolic House of Worship in Marion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Ray & Bill Raglin, three sisters; Othel Carmen, Lorene Pratt & Virdie Radcliff.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion. Rev. Robert Schierbaum will officiate. Entombment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be from 5-9:00 PM, Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at the funeral home.
