James Michael Tolbert

Pittsburg- JAMES MICHAEL TOLBERT, age 55, of Pittsburg, passed away at 2:54pm on Sunday, December 30, 2007 at his home in Pittsburg. James was born on October 30, 1952 in Marion, the son of James W. and Wilma G. (Fox) Tolbert. He was self-employed and also worked at Anderson Warehouse. Mr. Tolbert was of Baptist faith. Survivors include his mother- Wilma G. (Fox) Tolbert of Pittsburg, IL Step-Father- Richard W. Beachey of Pittsburg, IL Daughter- Mary Alice and Johnny Adams of Pittsburg, IL Son- Michael Eugene Dietz of Pittsburg, IL Sister- Vickie and Darryl Galloway of Crab Orchard, IL Sister- Deborah and Richard Fofar of Pittsburg, IL Niece- Glenna Haney of Pittsburg, IL Nephew- Brandon Galloway of Crab Orchard, IL He was preceded in death by his father and his daughter- Jamie Tolbert. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, January 3, 2008 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion, with Rev. Eddy Donelson officiating. Burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home.
