Marion James R. Willingham, 66 died Thursday, December 23, 2004 at 4:30 A.M. at St. Louis University Hospital. James was born January 06, 1938 in Charleston, Illinois to Russell T. & Edna M. (Kingery) Willingham. He married Betty J. (Brown) Oxendine on February 02, 1975 in Cahokia, Illinois and she preceded him in death on January 08, 2001. James was President of Southern Mold. He was a member of The Behold the Lamb Seventh Day Adventist Church of Herrin. Survivors include: Son: Mark Willingham and wife Elaine of Marion Daughter: Lisa Willingham of Waterloo, IL Step Son: Ted Oxendine and wife Shannon of Johnston City Step Daughter: Christine Maher of Vienna Grandchildren: Bryan Murray of Carterville Bradford Oxendine of Johnston City Cortnie Willingham of Johnston City Ashley Maher of Vienna Chad Oxendine of Johnston City Mistie Willingham of Johnston City Audrey Maher of Vienna Nicolis Oxendine of Johnston City Tyler Willingham of Johnston City Madeline Oxendine of Johnston City Brother John J. Willingham of Austin, TX Several Nieces & Nephews Preceded by: Parents, His Wife Betty, Step-Daughter Kathleen Oxendine and Brother-in-law Gene Brown. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Pastor Kenneth Shelton officiating. Burial will follow in Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
