Jane Ann Conaway

Herrin- JANE ANN CONAWAY, age 46, of Herrin, passed away at 8:50am on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at Herrin Hospital. Jane Ann was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on January 21, 1961, the daughter of Bill and Jacqueline (Rogers) Horton. She married Jesse Lynn Conaway on July 25, 1999 in Dallas, Texas. He survives in Herrin. Mrs. Conaway attended the Lone Oak Baptist Church in Energy. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Herrin Hospital and Hospice of Southern Illinois. Survivors include her husband- Jesse Lynn Conaway of Herrin, IL Two sisters- Nina Martin of Carrollton, TX Vicky and Walter Green of Dallas, TX Three brothers- Vincent Horton of Dallas, TX John Horton of St. Louis, MO Billy Horton of Dallas, TX Uncle- Paul and Jane Russell of Herrin, IL Two Aunts- Marie and Clinton Rendleman of Carterville, IL Vesta and Raymond Ahls of Denver, CO Three Nephews- Michael, Gregory and Jason Horton Four Nieces- Jennifer and Sarah Martin, Toni Middleton, and Jessica Horton Two great nephews- Paul Duff and Donnavan Martin Cousins- Several She was preceded in death by her mother. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, January 4, 2008 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Don Colson and Rev. Jerry Schell will officiate. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1-2pm on Friday, January 4, 2008 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
