Herrin-Janet Kay (Wade) Fisher, 59, died 3:30 P.M., Wednesday, March 9, 2004 at her residence. Janet was born December 10, 1944 in Herrin to Jimmy & Fern (Edwards) Wade. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Herrin. She was also a member of the Herrin Eagles. She enjoyed bowling. Survivors Include: Mother: Fern Wade of Herrin Brother: Larry Wade of Herrin One Niece: Kimberley Davis & husband Granger of Herrin One Nephew: Jason Wade & wife Christy of Carterville One Great Niece: Bridgett Wade of Herrin Three Great Nephews: James Davis of Herrin Sean & Aaron Wade of Carterville She was preceded in death by her father Jimmy Wade, and sister in law, Glenda Kay Wade. Funeral Services will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, March 12, 2004 at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Henwood officiating. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery.
