Jennifer Chamness, 58, of Marion, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 3:10 p.m., surrounded by her family, at Marion Rehab and Nursing.
Jennifer was born June 19, 1955 in Princeton, Kentucky the daughter of Eugene and Iola (VanHooser) Tincher. She married Jeff Chamness on June 8, 1973 in Marion and this year they celebrated 40 years of marriage.
She was a member of Scottsboro Baptist Church and the Marion Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer was a floral designer, and along with her husband, Jeff, they owned Fox’s Flowers and Gifts.

Father and Mother-in-Law – Clydell and Phyllis Chamness of Marion
Several nieces and nephews
Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Hood and Rev. Jim Mayer officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
