Marion Jerry Lee Bloodworth, 60, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 10:45 A.M. at the Veterans Nursing Home in Marion.
Jerry was born May 17, 1949 in Carbondale the son of Ernest Lloyd & Thelma Maetta(Schaubert) Bloodworth.
He had proudly answered the call to serve the nation in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Jerry was a carpenter and a member of the American Legion Post #147.
He is survived by;

Several Nieces and Nephews
Preceded by his Parents and Two Brothers.
Funeral services will be Friday, April 16, 2010 at 11 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Kevin McNeely officiating. Burial will follow in Freedom Cemetery. Military rites will be presented by Marions VFW Post #1301, American Legion Post #147 and National Guard Flag Detail Unit. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
