Jordan Robert Lewis, age 15, of Carterville, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at his home in Carterville.

Jordan was born in Carbondale on June 11, 1998, the son of Tina (Green) Lewis and Bradley Lewis. He was a sophomore at Carterville High School.

Survivors include his Father- Bradley Lewis of Collinsville

Mother- Tina Lewis of Carterville

Brother- Kyle Lewis of Johnston City

Sister- Deeanna Lewis of Marion

Paternal Grandmother- Rita Miller of Marion

Paternal Step-Grandmother- Juanita Lewis of Marion

Maternal Grandfather- Bob and Joyce Green of St. Louis

Maternal Grandmother- Cheryl and Roger Rains of Murphysboro

Maternal Great Grandmother- Joyce Green of Herrin

Uncle- Phillip Lewis of Marion

Aunt- Linda Lewis of Marion

Aunt and Uncle-Teresa and Adam Coleman of Herrin

Uncle- Tom Green of Moody, AL

Several Cousins

He was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandfather- Roger Lewis.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, October 21, 2013 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Marion. Visitation will be held from 11:00am until 2:00pm on Sunday at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home.
