Joseph Hall

HERRIN- Joseph E. Jocko Hall, Jr., age 83, of Herrin, passed away at 6:50am on Thursday October 6, 2005 at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin. Joseph was born in Herrin on June 17, 1922, the son of Joseph and Hazel (Anderson) Hall. He was a retired electrician for Maytag in Herrin. Mr Hall was a member of the VFW and was a Navy Veteran of World War II. He was a devoted father and PaPa. Survivors include- 2 sons- Randall T. and Heather Hall- Murphysboro, IL Ron E. Hall- Christopher, IL 5 grandchildren- Douglass and Lisa Hall- Herrin, IL Jennifer Hall- Christopher, IL Brad Hall- Christopher, IL Noah Hall- Murphysboro, IL Jordan Hall- Christopher, IL 1 great grandson- Dawson Hall- Herrin, IL 2 brothers- Jerry and Clell Hall Close Friends- Louie and Buella Gualdoni, Tom and Lola Gualdoni, and Charles Ward He was preceded in death by- His parents, 2 brothers- Thomas and Clem Hall, and 1 sister- Eileen (Hall) Lawrence The family extends a special thank you to the nurses at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center for all their care and devotion.
