Joyce A. Todd

Marion- Joyce A. Todd, 78, of Marion, passed away at 7:22 PM, Saturday, January 19, 2013 in Marion. Joyce was born on February 2, 1934 in Marion County Illinois to Ellis and Jewell (Green) Donoho. She married William F. Bill Todd, Jr. on October 16, 1955 in Centralia. Together they shared 57 years of marriage. He survives of Marion. Joyce was a homemaker and she was formerly active with the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Marion Memorial Hospital Womens Auxiliary. She was an accomplished pianist and had a passion for genealogy. She was Baptist and will be dearly missed by those that knew and loved her. Survivors include- Husband- William F. Bill Todd, Jr. of Marion Son- Dr. William M. Todd and friend Janet Ping of Marion Son- Alan D. Todd and wife Belinda of Herrin Granddaughter- Caitlan M. Todd of Marion Grandson- Corey McCuan and wife Jennifer of Marion Brother- Wayne Donoho Brother- Larry Donoho and wife Barbara Brother- Jan Donoho Several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews Close friend- Marieda Fern of Marion She was preceded in death by her parents and two infant brothers. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 24, 2013 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion. The Rev. Jim Slone will officiate. Private burial services will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until time of service, Thursday, at the funeral home.
