Judith Stephenson

Judith A. Stephenson, 71, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 6:10 P.M. at her home surrounded by her loving family. Judy was born July 7, 1940 in Williamson County the daughter of Frank and Pearl (Tanner) Hendrick. She married Charles Stephenson on June 27, 1970 and together they have shared over 41 years of marriage. She was a homemaker and a member of Abundant Life Assembly of God Church. In addition to her husband she is survived by her; Son Bryann G. Stephenson and Special Friend Michelle Gregge of Marion Two Grandsons Cody and Cegan Stephenson Father Frank Hendrick of Carrier Mills Brother Jack Hendrick and wife Judy of Salem Mother in law Opal Stephenson of Marion Sister in law Sherry Stephenson of Pittsburg Sister in law - Sharon Mandrell of Marion Brother in law Dale Stephenson and wife Philecia of Marion Proceded by her Mother, Father in law - Charles M. Stephenson, Brother in laws Donald Stephenson and Terry Mandrell. Funeral services will be Sunday, October 9, 2011 at 2 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Roper and Rev. Tim Lands officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 5 8 P.M. at the funeral home. For those who prefer memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois. Envelopes will be available and accepted at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home, 800 North Market Street, Marion, IL 62959.
