Judy Gail Newson, 60, passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2008 at 4:40 A.M. at Herrin Hospital. Judy was born October 26, 1947 in Herrin the daughter of Clarence Hudgens & Lucille (Grigson) Hudgens. She was a member of Shiloh Christian Church. Judy had worked as a cook and a waitress. She is survived by; Mother Lucille Hudgens Little of Lake of Egypt Son George Davis and wife Kammy of Goreville Raising as her son - Billy Joe Bower of Buncombe Two Grandchildren; Khris Davis Melissa Davis Brother Danny Hudgens and wife Connie of Mayfield, KY Sister Betty Kay Groves of Johnston City Preceded by Father and Brother Wendell Hudgens Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.
