Herrin - Julie Ann Pahl, 37, died at 6:45 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2002 at her residence. She was born August 5, l964 in Carbondale, IL to Billy Joe and Barbara (Launch) Hooker. She married John Pahl on September 1, l984 in Hurst, IL. He survives. She was a homemaker. She attended the Community of Faith Church. She volunteered in several youth programs for youth sports activities. Her greatest joy was seeing her daughter as a cheerleader and watching her son play baseball. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2002 at Johnson Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Todd Greiner will officiate. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Johnson Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Burial will be in Blairsville Cemetery.
