Herrin-Kelisha Cleveland Gooch, 6 weeks old, died Saturday, June 25 in Nashville, TN as a result of an automobile accident. Kelisha was born May 10, 2005 in Carbondale, Illinois to Kelli (Brewer) & Kip Duane Gooch, Sr. He was a gift from God that was here for only a short time, but he will be loved and missed deeply by all. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Percy Leon Gooch, Sr., brother Kip Gooch, Jr., and Uncle Shawn Brewer Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M., Saturday, July 2, 2005 at the First Baptist Church in Herrin with Pastors David & Paulette Sherwood officiating. Burial will follow at Herrin City Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 to 9:00 P.M., Friday, July 1, 2005 at the First Baptist Church in Herrin. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to be made to the family. A trust has been set at Old National Bank in Marion. Memorial envelopes are available at the funeral home.
