Marion Kevin L. Thompson, 39, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2006 at 7:38 P.M. at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Kevin was born March 23, 1967 in Carbondale to Jerry and Carol (Cogdill) Thompson. Kevin was a member of Community of Christ Church in Marion. He worked for Cashs Baker Chevrolet in Marion. Survivors include: Mother Carol Thompson of Marion Father Jerry Thompson of Vidor, TX Brother Steve Thompson and his wife Amber of Marion Two Nieces - Alexis and Abigail Thompson of Marion Grandmother Anna Hosden of Vidor, TX Preceded by Maternal Grandparents Lee and Edna Marie Cogdill and Aunt Sharon Skiles Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 19, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Elder Gordon Lambert and Elder Richard Switzer officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
