L. Louise Frey

Marion L. Louise Frey, 88, of Castle Hayne, NC, formerly of Marion, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2008 at 10:10 P.M. at Pender Memorial Hospital in Burgaw, NC. Louise was born April 1, 1919 the daughter of Raleigh & Charlotte (Tyler) Cline in Pittsburg. She married Bryce Frey on August 12, 1941 in Jackson, MO and together they were blessed with over 46 years of marriage until his death on October 8, 1987. Louise was a homemaker. She was a member of Second Baptist Church, Rebekah Lodge #93, and Wolf Creek Home Extension Unit. She worked at Thrift Bread Store. Louise is survived by: Son Linden B. Frey and wife Catherine of Castle Hayne, NC Grandson Bryce Frey of Greenville, SC Granddaughter Elizabeth Ann Avery & husband David of Goreville Step Grandson Grady Marshburn and wife Melinda of Rocky Point, NC Step Granddaughter Lynn Phillippi and husband David of Castle Hayne, NC Seven Great Grandchildren Sister in law Traveline Cline of Marion Preceded by her parents, husband Bryce, granddaughter Sherrie Lynn Marose, brother Calvin Cline, JT Cline. Funeral services will be Friday, January 18, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Dr. Bob Wagner officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from Noon until the time of service at the funeral home. For those who prefer memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
