Larry D. Jochum

Pittsburg-LARRY D. JOCHUM, age 63, of Pittsburg, passed away at 4:14am on Thursday, December 31, 2009 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Larry was born in Saline County on October 7, 1946, the only child of John Wayman and Eva Marie (Richey) Jochum. He was a heavy equipment operator for the Williamson County Highway Department for thirty years and was a member of the operating engineers local #318B. Survivors include two sons- Bryan Deon Jochum of Cedar Hill, MO Johnny Dale and Christine Jochum of Imperial, MO Three Grandchildren- Brock Logan Jochum, Zachary and Savanna Jochum Fiance- Linda Davis of Mulkeytown, IL He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 3pm on Sunday, January 3, 2010 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. John Howat officiating. Burial will follow at Poordo Cemetery at Mount Pleasant.
