Lester L. Lindsey

Marion Lester L. Lindsey, 74, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at 6:05 A.M. at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Lester was born September 14, 1933 the son of Charles & Nellie (Walker) Lindsey in Union County. He was a member of Lemasters Chapel in Scottsboro. Survivors include: Nephews: Bennie Little of Johnston City, Carroll Cook, Terry Lindsey, Rodney Lindsey, Kenny Lindsey, Ricky Lindsey and Timmy Lindsey all of Marion, Leroy Lindsey of Belleville, Bobby Lindsey, Michael Lindsey, Jimmy Lindsey and Joey Lindsey Nieces: Lois Lambert of Belleville, Linda Lyerla, Peggy Lindsey both of Marion, Shirley Kern, Carolyn Sue Lindsey, Twila Kay Lindsey, Lacey Lindsey, Brenda Kay Lindsey, Donna Lindsey, Renae Lindsey and Patty Lindsey Numerous great nephews and nieces Preceded by his Parents, Sisters Lola Little, Lora Mae Lindsey, Brothers Curtis, Leonard and Floyd Lindsey, Nephews Allen Little, Donald Little, Tommy Lindsey and Nieces Mary Beaver, Stephany Lindsey and Marilyn Lindsey Funeral services will be Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Jearlds officiating. Burial will follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5:00 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
