Lillian Harris

Herrin - Lillian Harris, 90, died at 12:45 a. m. on Saturday July 27, 2002 at Hale Ho Aloha Nursing Home in Honolulu, Hawaii. Mrs. Harris was born September 5, 1911 in Energy, IL to Dave and Bertha (Armes) Meadows. She married Arthur Harris May 9, l936 in Belleville, IL. He died October 25, 1998. She was a member of the Hope United Methodist Church in San Diego, CA where she was a resident for 15 years before moving to Hawaii last year. Survivors include: Son and dtr in law - Don and Mae Harris, Honolulu, Hawaii Two grandchildren and spouses - Arthur V. and Karen Harris - Honolulu, Hawaii Susan and Daren Suzuki - Wailuki, Maui Three great grandchildren Victoria Harris - Honolulu, Hawaii Carter Suzuki and Jena Lei Suzuki - Wailuki, Maui Her parents, husband, two brothers, Randolph and Harry Meadows and one sister Freida Wilcox preceded her in death. Graveside funeral services will be at 10;00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 7, 2002 at Herrin City Cemetery. Rev. Lee Lovett of Herrin will officiate. There will be no visitation.
