LILY M. RACHMACIEJ Marion-Lily M. Rachmaciej, 76 of Marion and a former resident of Chicago died 5:05 A.M., Saturday, January 31, 2004 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Lily was born October 5, 1927 in St. Louis, Missouri to John & Berniece (McClanahan) Michaels. She was retired having worked as a bookkeeper for Monestary-Hill Bindery in Chicago. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors Include: Son & Daughter In Law: Stanley P. & Virginia Michaels of Creal Springs Daughter & Son In Law: Jacquelyn & Charles Gibson of Creal Springs Daughter & Son In Law: Donna & Mike Rice of Donalds, S.C. Thirteen Grandchildren Twenty Three Great Grandchildren Three Great Great Grandchildren Brother & Sister In Law: Edward & Lorraine Michaels of Plainfield, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one great grandson Joshua Shea. Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 3, 2003 at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. officiating. Burial will follow at Lake Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 to 9:00 P.M., Monday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
