Lindell Crosson

Lindell Crosson, 87, formerly of Creal Springs, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 4:10 P.M. at Landmark Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Lindell was born November 1, 1921 in Williamson County the son of Martin Crosson. He was raised by his Aunt Ida Radford after his Mother passed away when he was two and his Father the following year. He married Wanda Milburn on December 12, 1952 in Holly Springs, Mississippi and together they have shared over 56 years of marriage. He retired from Olin Corporation after working 26 years. In addition to his wife he is survived by: Son Gary Crosson and wife Kathy of Marion Daughter Paulette Crosson of Herrin Grandson Brandon Crosson of Marion Step-Granddaughter Heather Barnett of Marion Step-Granddaughter Rachel Warner and husband Wayne of North Carolina Step-Great Grandchild Riley Warner Preceded by Parents, twin brother and his Aunt Ida Radford. Graveside services will be Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at Simmons Cemetery, south of Creal Springs, with Rev. Shorty Alsip officiating. Everyone is asked to meet directly at the cemetery. Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
