Lloyd R. Inchcliff

Hurst- LLOYD RAYMOND INCHCLIFF, age 82, of Hurst, passed away at 7:04am on Thursday, June 28, 2007 at Herrin Hospital. Lloyd was born on October 10, 1924 in Bush, IL, the son of Henry and Belle (Mezo) Inchcliff. He married Dorlis Vancil on August 7, 1944. She preceded him in death on May 3, 1978. He later married Helen E. Pierce-Mize on February 23, 1987 in Bush, IL. She survives. Mr. Incliff was a member of the Crossroads Tabernacle Church in Hurst. He retired from Herrin Hospital where he was a security guard for twenty years. Survivors include his wife- Helen E. Inchcliff of Herrin, IL Two sons and daughters-in-law- David and Leta Inchcliff of Visalia, CA Dennis and Gloria Beavers of Tacoma, WA Daughter and son-in-law- Rhonda and Elbert Walker of Royalton, IL Daughter- Carolyn Newberry of Carterville, IL Step-Daughter and Son-in-law- Cathy and Richard Meyers of Bush, IL 17 Grandchildren 22 Great Grandchildren Two step-grandchildren One step great grandchild Lloyd was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife- Dorlis, his twin brother- Floyd PeeWee Roy Inchcliff, and five sisters- Marie Harper, Alice Hunt, JoAnn Grissom, Carrie Whitecotton, and Bertha Hunt. Private family services will be held. Arrangements provided by Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
